fSo all of us had just come back from a late Easter lunch. I pulled into the driveway, put the car in park and looked over at the passengers window.

What do I see but a bright red Cardinal flying straight at the passengers window and an angle directly at me so that all I see is the face, not a hint of the side until it turned.

I yelled out “whoa” so loud I startled everyone in the car because I was sure it was going to hit us it was so fast.

The first picture I roughly outline the flight path with updates in the next two pictures so it is easier to pic out in the video at the end.

Trust me when I say the video (11 seconds total) doesn’t really convey the experience as it is too far away.
