So last night My son and I watched a momma bear and 2 cubs take down the bird feeder hanging from the tree by breaking the branch and then eating the seeds from the feeder while it was on the ground. I then watched the bear climb on top of our car and check the hummingbird feeder which was hanging from a different tree.

While momma bear didn’t seem to like the hummingbird nectar, I did not like the idea of her wanting to check it another time so I moved it and hung it from the house.

I was able to snap off this picture, I think this will be a good location for it as long as momma and the cubs don’t decided to check it out from the deck right next to the sliding glass door.
